  • Reglas y Restricción The use of creams, sunscreens, repellents, or any other substances on the body is not permitted. You must shower beforehand to remove any oils or residues from your body.
  • Reglas y Restricción Towels are not included in any experience.
  • Reglas y Restricción Aqua shoes are not included in the cenotes tour, only during the Underground River tour.
  • Reglas y Restricción Not recommended for people with claustrophobia, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, mobility issues, overweight, or for pregnant women.

  • Reglas y Restricción Sunscreen, creams, perfumes, and any type of chemicals are prohibited; entry is subject to a security check to prevent the introduction of chemicals that could harm the ecosystem within the bodies of water.

  • Reglas y Restricción Bags, backpacks, towels, or any other extra items are not permitted on the underground river tour—only safety gear is allowed; however, these items are permitted on the jungle tour at your own risk.
  • Reglas y Restricción You may bring a mobile phone or GoPro along on the guided tour at your own risk; using a waterproof case is recommended.
