PROMOTIONS
  • Prices subject to change without notice
  • Promotions apply from Monday to Sunday, with admission hours from 9:00 to 11:00 am
  • They are personal, non-transferable, and not combinable with other promotions.
  • Children up to 5 years old are free, and children from 6 to 11 years old have a 50% discount on our list prices. From 11 years onwards they pay as an adult.
  • The promotions are valid until December 31, 2022.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO VALIDATE PROMOTION

  • 50% Quintanarroense: INE, license or passport issued in Quintana Roo
  • 50% INAPAM: Valid INAPAM identification with photograph.
  • 20% Nationals: INE, license or passport issued in Mexico.
  • Niños menores de edad: CURP impreso en nuevo formato.
ACCESS CONDITIONS

The guided tours (Grotto Adventure + Magic Waters and Magic Waters) require prior reservation, in case of not having a reservation, the entrance time is from 9:00 to 11:00 am and the tour schedule would be subject to availability.

The tours are not PRIVATE unless it is contracted that way.

For guided tours, visitors are required to arrive 20 minutes early to don gear, store belongings, and begin the welcome presentation.

We do not handle tolerance time, in case of not showing up at the requested time, the tickets will be lost.

It is IMPORTANT to consider that the Cancun-Tulum Federal Highway is under construction, so it is suggested to make provisions for your transfers.

Schedule changes cannot be made on the same day, for changes, it is required that they be 48 hours in advance, by email. In case of cancellation, we do not handle refunds, only date changes. Tickets are valid for up to 1 calendar year for use.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience, we have two forms of reservation: through our website www.kantunchi.com (for payment in US dollars – the exchange rate of the day of the bank with which you make the payment is applied) and through our email: reservaciones@kantunchi.com (for payment in Mexican pesos).

Payments in cash, debit, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted in the park for payment in pesos or US dollars.

$1,000 MN bills or USD 100 bills are not accepted.

All reservations are charged at 100% and the physical printed receipt must be presented at the time of admission.

COVID PROTOCOL

We want your visit to be as safe as possible, which is why, by state guidelines, the use of face masks is mandatory during your stay in the park.

We have a temperature taking and sanitization protocol. of hands and shoes upon entry.

An equipment sanitization protocol is also carried out to guarantee your stay in the park.

CARE OF LOCAL FLORA AND FAUNA

At Kantun Chi we protect the local flora and fauna, therefore the use of non-biodegradable and organic suntan creams, sunscreens and mosquito repellents is not allowed.

As a courtesy, we have 100% organic mosquito repellent, and our rest areas have natural shade, if you require greater sun protection, the use of neoprene shirts with UV protection is suggested.

The use of photographic and video cameras and Smartphones is allowed. Consider that it is an aquatic environment so they must be properly protected for use. The protection and care of your equipment is your own responsibility. The use of drones is not allowed.

Access to the park with food, speakers, coolers, alcoholic beverages, and pets is not allowed.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Wear a swimsuit, water shoes or comfortable shoes.

Remember to bring a towel and a change of clothes.

If you wish you can use your own snorkel equipment.
