  • Reglas y Restricción Children are allowed from 6 years old / minimum height of 1 meter.
  • Reglas y Restricción The use of creams, sunscreens, repellents, or any other substances on the body is not permitted. You must shower beforehand to remove any oils or residues from your body.
  • Reglas y Restricción Towels are not included in any experience.
  • Reglas y Restricción Aqua shoes are not included in the cenotes tour, only during the Underground River tour.
  • Reglas y Restricción Tickets are non-transferable and do not include deposits.
